We are looking for a Team Leader to lead a team of developers and QAs:

What does a typical day look like for the Team Leader of a Dev Team?

• The majority of your day would be spent working with a team of developers, business analysts, and QAs to specify, design, develop, test, and implement software. They’re all great people to work with, we promise!
• You will work closely with the Operations Manager and the Project Managers and supervise your development team - assign tasks, mentor, and encourage best practices
• You will make sure your team delivers on time within the set deadlines
• You will be responsible for the personal and professional growth of the people on your team

What qualifications do we look for?

• Ideally, we’re looking for someone with experience in either front-end or backend software development
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• A desire to take ownership
• Ability to lead a team
