Senior Service Desk Technician
Your responsibilities:
Generate and analyse IT services reports.
Perform second level technical troubleshooting on network and IT related issues.
Execute Customer Service requests or resolution activities, remotely and onsite
Your profile:
Excellent knowledge of IT network fundamentals, standards and terminology
Excellent written and oral English language skills
Excellent computer literacy
Strong communication skills
