At Acronis, we are currently looking for a C++ Software Developer who will work within a growing R&D team to improve existing and build brand new Acronis products. More specifically, you will be involved in the development of our innovative Disaster Recovery Service. You will conduct a lot of research and solve a wide variety of issues that have never been solved before

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Architecture, design and development of Acronis Disaster Recovery cloud low-level core components
Work with file systems, proprietary data storage formats and networking protocols
Implement designs, perform code reviews, implement unit tests, debug and integrate code
Use cutting-edge tools for agile development and for monitoring such as git, JIRA, ElasticSearch, and lots more
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Demonstrable expertise in building, deploying, monitoring, and debugging highly-scalable applications using C++
Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
Experience with multi-threading, networking
Rich experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs
Strong foundation knowledge of computer science principles
Detail-oriented, self-motivated and enjoying dealing with challenging problems
