The company hosts one of the biggest IT departments in the financial sector in Bulgaria, developing its own applications alongside using the applications offered by various vendors. For a new project, they want to expand its Help Desk Department hiring dozen of talented people who will be happy to communicate and support the other units in the bank. We are looking actively for them:
HelpDesk Trainees
Experience:
- Very good command of English language;
- Experience with MS Office;
- Responding calls/inquiries by phone, e-mail;
- Analyzing and processing incidents, related to the operation of the company’s business systems.
Education:
- Education in the field of information technology;
