Our client:
A company which provides customized solutions with a focus on IT and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) consulting, software development, system integration, technical and customer support. The company has two own products which are selling globally and offices in 4 countries. Due to their expansion, they are creating a new team in Sofia, Bulgaria and together we are looking for:
TECHDESK SUPPORT SPECIALIST
What will you do?
Your main responsibilities will be related to the process of incidents and requests according to the agreed SLAs, аccept end-user phone calls and classify incidents and request, еscalation to the next higher level if required.
Experience:
Specific Experience: 2+ years of user help desk / user support OR 2nd level support;
Technical Knowledge: MS Windows аnd MS-Office related productst;
Foreign Languages: fluent English.
Working time: on shifts;
Education:
University degree or Technical College degree or comparable professional experience;
