A US-based company which develops a platform for training, experience and analysis of teams that communicate with customers, sales and more. The platform is currently working and several thousand calls a day pass through it. The company's customers are mainly based in the US, Australia, UK, Canada.
For their office in Sofia, together we are looking for:
SENIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
What will you do?
Your main responsibilities will be related to working with IT/Network teams and to set up new customers. You will work alongside Customer Success to onboard new users, resolving customer issues via email, Slack, Intercom (live chat) and video conferencing, creating or updating documentation based on customer interactions.
Experience:
- Experience in writing support content;
- Knowledge how to manage cases throughout the entire support lifecycle;
- Excellent understanding of support platforms like Intercom, Jira, Salesforce - at least, one of them;
- Very good knowledge of English language due to the fact the team is international;
