Acronis is seeking an experienced, results-driven Search Engine Optimization professional fill in our Global SEO team. This role, you will who will be responsible for implementing SEO strategies that drive new customer acquisition and adoption.

Ultimately, you will be part of the Team responsible for ensuring that SEO serves as a massive catalyst for our aggressive growth plans, Acronis 10+ Cyber Protection Products, across 15+ website locales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Expert in the day-to-day SEO work including keyword research, rank-tracking, competitive analysis, technical auditing, page optimization, SEO content strategy, site relaunches, technical improvements, authority acquisition strategy, troubleshooting organic traffic anomalies, etc.
Conduct in-depth technical audits and analyze Acronis SEO performance and site health, identify issues, find root-causes, and experiment with solutions to improve performance at scale
Communicate SEO performance and initiative status to stakeholders in weekly business reviews, identify areas of opportunity and recommend ways to drive traffic and improve KPIs
Work closely with the product development, social, and editorial team to execute the SEO roadmap
Work with in-house and agency web development teams to implement technical SEO updates
Partner with Acronis content teams to create best-in-class content that solves user needs based on search intent data

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

2+ years of SEO experience, international one will be a plus
Experience with on-page, technical and off-page SEO
Have a thorough knowledge of Google search ranking factors and critical updates
Have personally optimized 100k traffic website with multiple locales website that met or exceeded specific business rules (such as conversion rates)
Experience using popular SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Moz, etc.
Ability to make website coding changes would be considered an advantage – website development skills, particularly with languages such as HTML and PHP and platforms such as Drupal, Wordpress and SPA (Single Page Application) – and an understanding of how other scripts, including JSON, CSS and JavaScript, affect SEO
Deep understanding of B2B marketing, with Business Applications (SalesForce) will be a plus
Possibility of frequent business trips to USA and to other countries
Fluent in English
