ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:

As a ServiceNow Administration Expert you will be responsible for the general support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform and associated applications. You will be working closely with the Service Management Leader to build requested items and tasks, using workflows to manage processes from the customer to the fulfillment teams.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform day to day support and maintenance, work with the functional team to develop solutions for ITSM module, and coordinate support and development efforts within the admin team
Monitor the health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow as well as develop system integrations and process automation
Create and configure business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and ACLs
Responsible to create and configure notifications, UI pages, UI macros, script includes, formatters, etc.
Work with various stakeholders to enable data insights utilizing ServiceNow Performance Analytics
Coordinate application and platform upgrades, load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems, and create ServiceNow reports and dashboards

You have 3-5 years of IT Operations experience and 1-3 years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM administration in an enterprise environment
You have participated in creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances and into production.
You are technically savvy and able to design & build applications that meet business goals and objectives and you have experience with JavaScript, XML, and HTML.
