Technical writer
Responsibilities:
Work with internal teams including engineering and client service to obtain and maintain extensive knowledge of all company products and services as well as documentation requirements
Write and maintain accurate, easy to comprehend product documentation including knowledgebase articles with a blend of instructional and technical writing appropriate for the intended audience with continuity of style and voice
Revise documents and articles based on product enhancements and other changes
Assist with planning and preparation of scripts for video tutorials
Generate innovative ideas for content while working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Requirements:
2-3 years of end-user technical writing and/or financial software documentation experience
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills in English
Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality content with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp financial and technical concepts and write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Online technical writing portfolio and/or related written samples will be required.
Additional (Preferred) Qualifications
Advantages:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Finance, Business or similar
Experience in financial services, asset management or private capital industry
Experience writing and maintaining end-user knowledgebase articles
