The client is a Bulgarian technology company which offers integrated telecommunication and managed IT services for business customers.

Service Desk Technician
Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact, via email and phone
Motivated individual with good knowledge in the field of telecommunication systems and IT services.
Use technical tools to monitor, inspect and troubleshoot Customer Services
Track, update and coordinate open cases and their progress with next level technical teams
Provide customer service requests or resolution activities, remotely and onsite.

Requirements:
Good knowledge of IT network fundamentals, standards and terminology.
Excellent computer literacy
Strong communication skills Advantages
Previous working experience as IT Helpdesk
Network protocols knowledge and CCNA training or certification
Good English: B2-C1
