One of our partners international IT and Communications provider who help run IT for customers of major services businesses is looking for Technical Vetter to vet all incidents logged in accordance with the Customer Support Process and provide a level of diligence to each call.


Skills needed:

• Experience in a technical environment and a strong knowledge of HP, Dell, IBM and Fujitsu desktop or Retail POS.
• Excellent PC Skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
• (SDWN17) -HP Commercial Desktops, Workstations and Notebooks Service Qualification (MUST)
• (SMOB2017)- HP Mobility Service Qualification (MUST)
• (SQID: S0154_STDSRV)-HPE Standard ProLiant and Blade Server Service and Solution Qualification (MUST)



Responsibilities:

• Process calls based on individual technical skills
• Check stock availability competently, including alternatives
• Make an accurate fault diagnosis
• Identify engineer competence issues and escalate appropriately
• Identify problem calls and engage with appropriate escalation points
• Liaise with customers to collate detailed technical information
