The company was established in 2013 and quickly become one of the market leaders and nowadays organizes hundreds of training programs, free courses, and other educational initiatives that provide quality education to thousands of people in the field of IT and digital technologies.

Currently, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to become a part of our team.

Now more about the position!

At the company you will be responsible for:

- Planning, developing and overseeing the overall business development strategy of the company
- Responsible for sales and negotiating the partnership packages
- Attempting regular meetings with clients and be responsible for communication with them
- Organizing different events and preparing offers for partnership packages such as videos, blogs, PR materials, etc.
- Negotiating the terms and conditions of partnership with SoftUni Career Center
- Managing the SoftUni Career Center team
- Partnering with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend corporate training
- Contributing to SoftUni's partners on different conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Taking care of the company's image and participating in conferences, events, interviews, etc.

For this role you will need:

- Previous working experience in business development areas at least two years
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and negotiating skills
- Ability to set goals and to achieve results
- Knowledge in the specifics and tendencies of the IT industry, labor market and educational services business (will be considered as an advantage)
- Strong business acumen with an ability to understand and communicate SoftUni's business, marketplace and value proposition
- A positive and easy-going person with a passion for career development
