Essential Skills

• Operational management of the Consumer Risk Governance function.
• Ensure the delivering timely, accurate and reliable teams’ and management reporting.
• Ensure that the managed by the team reports on KRIs and KPIs are generated with consistent accuracy and within set deadlines.
• Create consistent and presentable charts, diagrams and presentations. Provide high-level management summary on reported data.
• Monitor KRIs and KPIs and provide detailed analysis in case of data inconsistencies.
• Consult Risk teams on analytical approaches for presenting data and suggest improvements of reported data;
• Write and execute SQL queries to extract and process necessary data necessary for report delivery;
• Proactively propose changes, updates and improvements to existing reporting framework;
• Maintain up to date reporting packages and document all updates or changes;
• Provide expert and advisory support across teams in defining KPIs and metrics as required.
• Ensure that risk assessments are generated with high-quality and following established procedures.
• Ensure that good governance practices are adopted and implemented across the Consumer Risk Organization.
• Assist with vendor assessments for evaluations and providing cost & benefit analysis.
• Act as subject matter expert in analyzing different products or providers performance.
• Provide guidance, support and direction to other team members in their daily tasks.
• Monitor the quantitative and qualitative achievements of the team and report results to the Head of Consumer Risk Governance.
• Supports Head of Consumer Risk Governance in achieving teams’ goals.

Your Profile


• Overall minimum 3 years’ experience in FinTech/ Banking industry on a similar position.
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Data Analytics/Data Science, Economics, Business or related field with an outstanding record of academic success.
• Master’s Degree in Quantitative Finance or similar will be considered an advantage.
• Extensive experience in creation and maintenance of operational and management reporting package.
• Experience with various visualization tools – Tableau, MS PowerPoint, etc.
• Detail oriented in order to spot data and reporting inconsistencies.
• Able to work under load and shifting priorities.
• Outstanding oral and written communication and presentation skills, especially with respect to clearly communicating complex reporting-driven topics with stakeholders at all levels of the organization with both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Working knowledge of the latest reporting trends, tools and methodologies.
• Previous experience in drafting and implementing automated processes.
• Previous experience in drafting and implementing good governance practices – processes and procedures.
• Highest levels of personal and professional integrity at all times.
• Advanced analytics, SQL, and/or Python is a must.
• Advanced MS Office package skills.
