We are currently looking for a person to join our on-site IT team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Software and Hardware provisioning and configuration
Basic Network configuration and troubleshooting
VoIP phone provisioning; Telephony
Helpdesk (1st and 2nd level)
DC primary point of contact in troubleshooting and hardware placement
Occasional Business trips to fulfill IT department needs
Prioritize and schedule problems - escalate problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced technician
Record, track, and document main processes in office (HowTo’s: work with services, hardware changes, full documentation of critical production services)
Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Internet to aid in problem resolution. Keep Software and Hardware up to date. License clearance
Local Inventory (Asset management with proper documenting)
Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications
Performing preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripherals
Test fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved. Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help requests
Develop help sheets and frequently asked questions lists for end users
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

3+ years of experience working in a Helpdesk environment
Experience with the administration of workstations and server
Experience with Windows Server 2003 - 2016
Extensive application support experience with Microsoft Office products
Knowledge of basic computer hardware
Knowledge of diagnostic utilities
Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required
Ability to absorb and retain information quickly
Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Highly self-motivated with attention to detail
Fluent in English (both oral and written)
