We are currently looking for a motivated candidate to join one of our partner of a new company that is establishing new operation in Bulgaria – for the position of:

Experienced Recruiter (New Investor)

Responsibilities:
• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy;
• Creating job advertisements and searching for the most appropriate candidates;
• Research and implement new ways of sourcing candidates;
• Providing managers and applicants with HR support;
• Suggesting improvements and taking part in new initiatives;

Requirements:
• University degree in Human Resources, Psychology or relevant field;
• Experience in high volume recruitment;
• Experience with Finance, Supply Chain and IT Positions would be considerd as an advantage;
• Fluent in English - written and spoken;
• German would be considered as an advantage;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• Presentational and training skills;
