What are we looking for?The position is part our crucial Sports Book vertical, working with our Betting & Settlement, Sports Books API’s and Sports Core units and products.
You’ll be part of fast-growing vertical developing a complex multi-tier product, involving in a fully distributed and scalable solutions and products.
You will be leading and managing Delivery teams within the vertical.
Essential functions:
• Being the primary contact for internal external customer and organize them requests into the delivery plan and coordinate its execution
• Build positive and productive working relationships for business growth.
• Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.
• Manage and lead the vertical delivery teams.
• Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
• Ensure that the teams maintain high level of competence and operational excellence.
• Responsible for the team performance and their professional and personal development.
• Analyze requests and risk, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.
• Perform negotiations for delivery rates according to risk factors.
• Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving.
• Make critical business decisions and orchestrate the scope for delivery projects definition.
• Report delivery status relevant stake holders and develop required delivery documentations.
REQUIREMENTS
What experiences are we looking for :
• 7+ years of IT Industry experience.
• 5+ years of agile experience, including programs with distributed teams.
• Experience with SAFe or Disciplined Agile Delivery.
• One or more agile coaching certifications like SPC
• Servant leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals
• Experience with Jira and program-portfolio management plugins such as: Portfolio, Big Picture, Structure.
• Experience with working with cross-geographically dispersed agile teams.
• Track record for managing complex technology projects with strict deadlines.
• Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects.
• University Degree in a technical field will be consider as advantage.
