We are looking for: Delivery Manager.Essential functions:
Play as a Servant Leader role for 3 Scrum and 1 Kanban teams: support and coach Scrum Masters, provide ideas for improvement, implement and monitor metrics
Perform regular Sprint’s analysis to recommend improvements and assist in changes
Identify and remove blockers and dependencies
Play a key role in the creation of Product Roadmap
Ensure project plans exist for the key initiatives
Facilitate the requirements gathering from business / technical stakeholders
Facilitate the Release Planning preparation process
Final acceptance and handover of initiatives
Monitor and report the progress of the initiatives via Jira/Confluence
Cooperate with other departments
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master/Project Manager
Experience in managing multiple teams
Experience in managing dependencies between several teams
Excellent understanding of the Agile methodology and its principles
Good understanding of SDLC
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English
