The company has two own products which are used by clients and possesses offices in 4 countries relying on 2000 FTEs globally. Due to their expansion, they are creating a brand new team in Sofia, Bulgaria and together we are looking for:
SUPPORT ENGINEER (APPLE PRODUCTS)
What will you do?
Your main responsibilities will be related to monitoring, documentation and reporting on Support Tasks, maintaining Filewave, Deploystudio, Apple Configurator, Apple DEP, Apple VPP, Cososys EPP.
Experience:
Specific Experience: 2+ years in Mac OSX in the enterprise environment;
Technical Knowledge: OSX Security, System configuration, ,Device Control (USB; Ports), SEP (Symantec), Encryption (HDD), Access Control (ACL), NAC
Foreign Languages: English;
Working time: on shifts.
Education:
University degree or Technical College degree or comparable professional experience
