US-based company that develops a platform that records, transcribes, and analyzes calls & meetings of teams that communicate with customers, sales, etc. Their customers are mainly from Australia, Canada, UK, USA.

For their growing team in Sofia, together we are looking for experienced:


CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER


Your main responsibilities will be to communicate with new/ old clients, onboarding, and supporting new clients.


Requirements:

- Experience in onboarding clients;
- Hands-on experience in Account Management;
- Experience in CRM systems (no matter which), Salesforce, Jira;
- Fluency in English due to the fact you will communicate mainly with customers located outside Bulgaria;
