A leading provider in the TELCO industry, with offices in Singapore, US, UK, UAE which offers a smart network utility that combines on-demand infrastructure, automation, web-based portals, and APIs. Their communication services range from network connectivity, co-location through system integration and support to providers globally. For their rapidly growing team in Sofia, together, we are looking for a:
BUSINESS ANALYST
In this role, your responsibilities will include providing and publishing reports based on available capacity, collecting and analyzing data from the network. Besides, you will forecast capacity trends.
Main requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Background in a telecommunication service provider;
- Proficient experience and knowledge in BI tools - Tableau or Power BI;
- WDM, OTN, SDH, Ethernet and MPLS knowledge;
- Excellent communication skills in English.
