Essential Skills
Data mining and analytics - generation of reports, ad-hoc extracts, forecast simulations, and various data analyses
Data Modelling – develop and maintain advanced analytical solutions aimed at managing risk and improving main Company KPIs
Identify and advise on data related problems
Participate in the planning of new tools and Third-Party Vendors and take a leading part in improving existing products and systems
Apply analytics solutions with the purpose of discovering and investigation of fraud patterns. Focus includes monitoring and evaluation of customers, live stream transactional traffic and other e-commerce activities
Communication and advisory on fraud and data related matters to various internal departments and external providers
Leverage all people management tools available to ensure high performing and engaged team
Advice and lead communications and problem-solving activities across Consumer Risk Analytics department as well as joint projects with other departments within the company
Motivate the team members and contribute to their development and wellbeing

Your Profile
University degree – preferably in the field of mathematics, statistics and economics
Three or more years of relevant data science experience is a must – including developing and applying analytical solutions, preferably Random Forest, Logistic Regression and XGBoost
Advanced SQL knowledge is a must, preferably experience in Oracle PL/SQL. Strong skills in writing and optimizing SQL scripts. Hands on dealing with large data sets
Statistical software (R, Python) – preferably experience in Python and more specifically JupyterLab, PySpark, Pandas, Numpy, Sklearn
Excellent knowledge in MS Office
Previous experience in terms of people management is highly preferable
Excellent level of English is a must
Experience in similar business area is a plus
Good interpersonal skills, willingness to learn and develop, ability to work in and lead a team in a professional manner
