Your key responsibilities:
Supporting Projects and initiatives as a compliance stakeholder.
Working with the product on product requirements for new consumer compliance controls or changes.
Reporting and analysis on consumers in relation to customer due diligence and other compliance-related controls and verifications.
Handling of complex cases falling outside of policy that is escalated by customer diligence teams.
Writing and amending customer due diligence policies and procedures
Support the product team in managing our relationship with KYC and Compliance vendors which we use to complete KYC and Due Diligence screening on consumers.

Your qualification:
1-2 years of professional experience in a Compliance, Operations, or Risk related role
Excellent English written and verbal skills
Experience in working in payments, fintech or a consumer-focused product company would be beneficial
Proficiency in Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work autonomously and in a team
Proactive and confident
Very good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with different levels of priority
Some experience in working on short term initiatives and more medium-term projects with a team of stakeholders
