Technical Support (24/7 shifts)

What you will do:
Communicate with the customers over the phone and via email;
Escalate incidents and requests;
Document and track all inbound and outbound customer contacts;
Provide initial troubleshooting on incidents;

What we need from you:
High school diploma or equivalent;
Previous experience (as Technical Support);
Must be flexible in terms of shifts;
Excellent verbal and written communication and problem solving skills;
Positive attitude;
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
English- Fluently
