IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Responsibilities:
To provide remote end-user desktop support for Windows incl. MS Office, Google Apps. Besides to provide VPN setup configuration and technical support of the network.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in technical help desk;
- Experience in managing and configuring VLANs, VPNs, routing rules and ACLs;
- Hands-on experience in Google apps and Google Admin Console;
- Managing workstations and servers in an AD environment;
- Previous experience with Windows client/server operating systems.
