The role:

The Operations Coordinator is the first point of contact for customers raising hardware or software service requests with IBM. The core activity involves receipt of customer issues by phone, e-mail, creation or update of either a HW or SW Service Request.
These customers are corporate clients that are the spine of the economics of one country (military, banks, transport, hospitals, administration, telecoms, etc.)
The working shifts of the team are flexible, which makes it ideal place for students.

Requirements:
• Fluent French language skills are essential to ensure a positive customer experience (grade B2 or C1).
• Good typing and general IT skills.
• Flexibility in supporting 24 hours schedule,
• Independent, Self-motivated, Results orientated, Focused, and team-player
• Able to prioritize, organize and team-player
