Who is our client?
A leading provider in TELCO industry, HQ in Singapore, operating in Middle East, Europe and North America which offers a smart network utility that combines on-demand infrastructure, automation, web-based portal, and APIs. Their communication services range from network connectivity, co-location through system integration to providers globally. For their rapidly growing team in Sofia, together, we are looking for a:
QUALITY MANAGER
As a Quality Manager you will be responsible to recommend, support and implement continuous improvement and process controls to ensure that the customer experience meets required service levels.
Main requirements:
* Proven professional experience as a Quality Manager;
* Experience in ISO Management systems and experience in ISO 9001 or similar quality standards;
* Deep understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards;
* MS Office;
* Excellent command of English Language;
* University degree in Business Administration or similar specialty.
The ideal candidate has to possess experience in the Telco industry.
