Who is our client?
Our client is a brand-new global networking company, who offers connectivity to enterprises and service providers worldwide. Their services are delivered over cloud and software defined network infrastructure providing the customers with excellent customer experience, efficiency and agility. . Now the company is establishing their office in Sofia and together, we are looking for a:
CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND SALES LEAD (TELCO oriented)
Your responsibilities:
• Structuring and managing the company’s Microsoft Teams document storage
• Supporting customer and supplier onboarding
• Owning and managing the customer information form ensuring accurate record of
customers details
• Raising service order forms and assisting with customer bids and tenders
documentation
• Ensuring timely billing notices on receipt of new orders (NRC) and handover billing
(MRC)
• Updating the finance databases and notifying finance of changes to the billing as needed
Main requirements:
- At least 5 years of professional experience on a Customer Service role in a Telecom company;
- Previous professional experience in dealing with clients and tickets;
- Professional user of Microsoft Teams;
- Excellent level of English language, other language is an advantage;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills are required.
