We have opened our first Shared Service Center Worldwide at Sofia and we are looking for:

Talent Development Specialist with French
Main responsibilities:
Plan and organize BIC University trainings;
Identify common organizational and individual training needs and synergies between departments;
Design and oversee the execution of our headquarters’ training plan;
Plan and coordinate training: Manage all logistics including internal trainer/vendor management, post-work, and pre-work;
Oversee the quality of the training delivered;
Manage the training budget and relationship with French institutions;
Track and measure the impact of training and development programs globally.

The skills:
University Degree in the Human resources field;
HR proven relevant experience;
4-5 years of previous experience in a similar position in an international company;
Fluency in French and English languages;
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint (advanced);
Basic knowledge of HRIS (SuccessFactors, Workday, or another) would be considered an advantage;
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a self-managed environment.
