We are looking to hire highly passionate, goal oriented and result driven Test Automation Architect to design and develop expandable test automation solutions involving functional and non-functional testing - UI, API, performance and load. The role will be responsible for defining automation testing best practices, mentoring/training of Automation QAs, overseeing the definition, selection and extension of test automation architecture, frameworks, coding standards, and Automation Testing Strategies of enterprise software platforms.

Job Responsibilities:
Research and recommend the best automated testing processes and tools for different projects
Create estimates for technical work, proposals for environment and data setup, automation, and calculate automation ROI
Provide leadership, guidance, training and mentoring to implement test automation across project teams
Provide consulting on automation tools/techniques, feasibility, implementation and process improvements as well as maintenance plans
Evaluate projects, define and develop functional and non-functional automation code from test case requirements
Run test automation, analyze results and report findings to the team for investigation and resolution

Required skills:
Expert level of knowledge of testing concepts, methodologies, and processes
Experience in design and development of automation frameworks, and in applying existing ones
Strong programming experience
Experience in testing frameworks and tools like TestNG, NUnit, JMeter, Selenium, RestAssured, RestSharp, Appium
Experience in establishing CI/CD pipeline
Exposure working in an Agile development environment
Extensive knowledge of databases, algorithms and data structures
Setting up and performing system performance and load testing
Self-motivated with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills and results-oriented nature
Excellent spoken and written English

A significant advantage:
Experience with BDD/TDD processes
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Knowledge and interest in JavaScript and Groovy associated automation testing frameworks
Experience with cloud web and mobile testing platforms such as Saucelabs, BrowserStack
