Sales Development Agent with Spanish – 4 hours


Main responsibilities:

• Contacting potential customers through cold calling over the phone around 3-4 hours daily
• Respond to incoming calls and inquiries, presenting product information according to the customers’ needs
• Developing new clients through market research and updating the CRM system with new prospect information and qualifying leads
• Making outgoing “cold” to “hot” calls to develop new business
• Collaborating with sales department, scheduling appointments and demonstrations to ensure the company’s goals and targets are met.


The company offers:

• 4 hours part time job
• Office location is Promishlena zona Iliyantsi, Sofia
• On-site initial training
• Additional health insurance
• Personal training depending on employee performance and professional goals
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, from 13:00 p.m. till 17:00 p.m.


Job requirements:

• Fluent level of Spanish C1 – B2
• Very good level of English – B2
• Ability to manage the working day independently
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• SAP experience is a plus
• High School diploma is required
• Students are welcomed for the role.
