Joining our team you will
Go through an intensive 4-week training
Level up your skills and knowledge in both front-end (Vue.js, Angular, React) and back-end (Python, Ruby, Node.js) technologies
Be mentored and coached by some of the highly qualified MentorMate experts
Participate in the design and development phase of software production
Participate successfully in an established daily Scrum process
Join a culture that emphasizes hard work, leadership, and having fun

We will be happy to meet if you
Have very good technical skills and at least 1-year of software development experience
Have a good understanding of code and algorithms as well as strong analytical skills
Are familiar with version control systems (Git)
Want to improve your skills and enhance your knowledge in both front-end and back-end technologies
ave desire to work with clients and the ability to understand their needs
Love to work in a dynamic environment and developing software is your second nature
Have good communication and teamwork skills
Can demonstrate very good English skills, allowing you to communicate with US-based clients on a daily basis
BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent will be considered an advantage
