We are looking for: SRE Senior R&D Manager.Responsibility:
Guide and mentor 2 development teams
Provide technical leadership to team leaders and developers
Collaborate with other managers, product owners and software architects to plan, design, develop and maintain web- and desktop-based business applications
Commitment to high-quality development while delivering solutions on-time
Requirements:
What experiences are we looking for?
3+ years of proven leadership and managerial experience
5+ years of Strong Technical hands-on experience. Proven experience in development, design, analysis.
Experience with maintenance and debugging of complex applications
Hands on experience in the following technologies: JavaScript, C#/.NET, MSSQL, HTML, AJAX, OOP/OOD, Multi-Threading, Microsoft client/server environment
Experience with Agile / SCRUM
Excellent management and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and drive employees
“Can do” approach
Fluent in English
