Job Description

We are currently looking for Agile Project Manager for our SaaS Delivery team who will ensure our clients receive best-in-class SaaS experience with the Experian platform through excellent project management and coordination.

As an Agile Project Manager are you excited by the idea of being the link between the business benefit and the technical implementation? Joining our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in the establishment of one of the most intriguing and innovative projects company-wide, having direct client impact on a global scale, working as part of the delivery team to bring to live our client business requirements.

Responsibilities
Plan projects in agreement with clients and all internal and external parties ensuring achievable timescales and dependencies
Lead delivery projects from kick-off through implementation until formal closure
Organize and lead all necessary scrum ceremonies – daily standups, sprint planning, retrospective sessions etc.
Allocate and manage resources needed to enable successful project delivery, including people, software, processing time etc.
Control project implementation to achieve agreed milestones
Assess, communicate, and manage potential risks with client/stakeholders
Provide regular updates of the RAID log, mitigation plans
Monitor and control budget & schedule of assigned projects
Regular project reporting to senior management
Drive high standards of customer service and proactive communication throughout the project team
Manage and motivate project team to maximize performance
Identify and roll out improvement initiatives
Qualifications

Requirements:

5+ years proven experience with leading IT projects in Finance, Telco business sectors
Comprehensive understanding of project delivery lifecycle and management
Experience with managing projects using Agile Methodologies – Scrum, Kanban, Lean
Excellent project planning and organizational skills
Strong experience in full lifecycle project management and project teams within a large, complex organization
Excellence in stakeholder management, conflict resolution and people leading
Able to interpret technical features into commercial benefits
Strong negotiating, influencing and relationship management skills.
Good decision-making capability
Experience of managing tasks/activities with conflicting priorities, and communicating outcomes
Excellent communication skills in English, creative problem solving and decision making
