YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install, configure and troubleshoot IT computer products and equipment assigned to our employees: operating system, hardware, software, connectivity, printing, remote access, etc;
Implement software upgrades, including firmware revisions, operating systems, production software upgrades and other enhancements as required;
Manage the IT equipment and perform preventive maintenance of working stations - computers, mobile devices, tablets, mobile phones, etc.;
Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new solutions, software, application, agile teams etc.
Provide a positive and friendly user experience with each interaction.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
Very good technical skills - Windows OS, Office 365, Cloud, Networking, Hardware;
Education in IT-oriented fields is treated as an advantage;
Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage;
Good command of English;
Customer-oriented mindset and teamwork attitude.
