Joining our team you will
• Go through a self-training program
• Level up your skills and knowledge in both front-end (Vue.js, Angular, React) and back-end (Python, Ruby, Node.js) technologies
• Be mentored and coached by some of the highly qualified MentorMate experts
• Participate in the design and development phase of software production
• Participate successfully in an established daily Scrum process
• Join a culture that emphasizes hard work, leadership, and having fun

We will be happy to meet if you
• Have very good technical skills and at least 1-year of software development experience
• Have a good understanding of code and algorithms as well as strong analytical skills
• Are familiar with version control systems (Git)
• Want to improve your skills and enhance your knowledge in both front-end and back-end technologies
• Have desire to work with clients and the ability to understand their needs
• Love to work in a dynamic environment and developing software is your second nature
• Have good communication and teamwork skills
• Can demonstrate very good English skills, allowing you to communicate with US-based clients on a daily basis
• BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent will be considered an advantage
