Your Role and Responsibilities
Currently, we are seeking “BPM Developer” who will be working for one of the largest banks in Bulgaria to provide client satisfaction.

You will be making changes and adding new features to developing new business processes under the communicated bank roadmap - E-Loan, Corporate Credit Banking, Deposits, ATM Management, POS Management, Product Sales Module. The delivered IBM Services are enabling the transformation of our client toward a digital bank and improving customer experience.

Expected tasks:
· Modification of currently running processes,
· Implementation of WebService calls to external systems,
· GUI optimization and changes,
· Add/Remove data validations.



Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Developers skills:
• experience with IBM BPM Standard - version 8.5.X would be an advantage;
• experience and on hands with Business Process design and implementation;
• experience with Java and JavaScript;
• experience with XML, WebServices, XSLT, HTML, SOAP, REST;
• average SQL knowledge;
• ability to work with end user requests;
• experience with IBM BPM REST API.


Personal Skills
• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to think outside the box and view the end-to-end vision
• Strong desire to implement and establish best practices and standards
• Willingness to share knowledge/experience and mentor others
