Your Role and Responsibilities
The Offering Manager acts as an entrepreneur, strategist, technical visionary, cross-functional team leader, and client advocate. A Offering Manager has two primary responsibilities: (1) defining the new offering to be built; and (2) managing its development, launch, and ongoing improvement. To fulfill these responsibilities, a Offering Manager leads a cross-functional team. Typically, however, none of the team members report directly to the Offering Manager. A Offering Manager influences the actions of diverse cross-functional team as the market authority, acting as a "General Manager" for their scope of the business. The employee focuses on individual/team objectives and development of professional effectiveness.
This OM is responsible for the development and deployment of several premium services offerings that make use of AI technology.

Working Hours: Bulgarian local with flexibility to take calls according to US working hours or the working hours of respective country of deployment.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Offering Management:
At least 3-5 years or more of OM experience that includes Software as a Service deployment; responsibility for researching, developing, and managing the lifecycle of service related offerings
Offering development executed with "client focused" methods
Execution of IBM's Sponsor User Program

Enterprise Design Thinking:
Extensive experience using and acting as facilitator of Enterprise Design Thinking practices.

Client experience:
At least 3-5 years of client related experience either in an offering role or other.

Leadership:
3+ years leadership experience, leading matrix-based teams that include people from around the world (different backgrounds and cultures).

Negotiation:
Ability to articulate and empathize with other business and offering management leaders and have more than 5 years experience driving stakeholders towards compromise
At least 3 years of supplier experience (having solutioned an offering that relied on a third party supplier)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Technology proficiency in Artificial Intelligence is a strong preference
Experience in ne or more of the following areas is a strong advantage: Cloud Architecture / Cloud Transformation / Cloud migration projects, Consultative / Professional services / Delivery Project Executive
Datacenter management / IT manager, Software development / Software deployment, Offering development and deployment
Negotiation with third parties: Candidate should have excellent negotiations skills but is preferred to have experience negotiating requirements or contractual obligations with third party partners/suppliers.
Problem solving: Learn to follow given procedures and processes to identify job-related problems, analyze causes using existing techniques or tools.
