Their communication services range from network connectivity, co-location through system integration, and support to providers globally. For their office in Sofia, Bulgaria, they want to hire a:
SERVICE DESIGN MANAGER
Main requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in Service Design or Product Design;
* ITIL Service Management Certificate;
* Knowledge & experience in TELCO or product development in a telecom field;
* Experience in process planning and understanding of planning techniques and tools;
* Ability to quickly understand different technologies, systems, and processes;
* Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* Excellent command of English language;
