We are looking for a RPA Controller to join our team.

What to expect:
• Responsible for scheduling processes, preparing inputs and running processes on demand
• Daily administration of the UiPath live environment (running processes, maintaining resources, reviewing logs etc).
• Allocation of robot resource to handle transactional volume to ensure SLA’s met. Assign to developer if required
• Review Logs and communicate with wider business providing first point of support for RPA processes
• Analyse exceptions ensuring automations are continuing to perform without problems and processing manual exceptions where required
• Support the implementation of new processes by performing user acceptance testing and validating implementation
• Oversee the quality delivery of RPA solutions to achieve to ensure a high standard of configuration
• Provide technical assistance and training to others
• Assist in tracking of demand and help IT infrastructure scale with business demand
• Distribute statistics and metrics about bot performance to allow business benefits to be measured
• Understand system and business change cycles and liaise with IT and change managers to ensure automated processes and amended to reflect changes
• Update snow
• Identification of Infrastructure/network issue

To be succesful you need to have
• Еxperience in managing or administering IT infrastructure
• Experience or knowledge in virtualization technologies - Microsoft Hyper-V or VMware will be considered as a plus
• Ability to develop good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong communication skills
• Take full ownership and accountability of issues to resolution
• Good attention to detail; prompt resolution of issues and errors
• Constantly looking for ways to improve current processes
• Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance the end-customer experience
• Sets high standards for self and others; works effectively in partnership with all colleagues; supports with actions that secure achievement of business objectives
• Ability to adapt and learn new tools and techniques, and willingness to embrace opportunities for change
