This position is responsible for focusing on short and long-term targets for customers, revenue, and earnings growth while optimizing operational and capital expenditures. The individual is expected to have a background in finance or a related field. They must have strong technical and analytical skills, the ability to source information from a variety of systems and constituents, and comfortability in working with non-standardized data. They will support the entire Finance function.


Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to annual budgeting, forecasting updates, ROI modeling, leading and collaborating with various team members, residuals analysis, pricing information, data mining, metrics creation, periodic reporting, ad-hoc financial analysis, merchant portfolios analysis, and aid in due diligence of acquisition targets.

Your key responsibilities:
• Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations
• Develop, construct, and maintain reporting and analytics for multiple lines of business and departments
• Deliver insights and recommendations to finance leadership for Payment Processing globally
• Assist in the preparation of business plans to support new programs and business optimization
• Support finance month-end close deliverables
• Collaborate with the finance team to deliver ad hoc analysis
• Assist with the development and implementation of new procedures and processes to enhance the productivity, efficiency, and workflow if the Finance Department
• Analyze and interpret merchant portfolio pricing and profitability trends, cost-saving opportunities, and monthly commission/residual calculations

Your qualification:
• Fluent in English
• BS degree in finance or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• 3-5 years of experience as a financial analyst at a high growth operating company
• Experience with strategic financial planning, financial reporting & analysis, month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting for medium to large businesses
• Superior quantitative and analytical skills
• Demonstrate ability to build relationships and provide reciprocated value
• Proven experience building complex operating and/or financial models in Microsoft Excel
• Commitment to a team-based environment and employee empowerment
• Strong work ethic and passion for delivering solutions
• Detailed-oriented and fast learner who can work well in a team environment
• Ability to manage and prioritize work on multiple projects
• Ability to solve multi-dimensional problems and make clear and concise recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong decision-making abilities
• Proven work experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint – MS Access a plus
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to identify, plan and deliver significant process improvements with a major financial impact
• Ability to execute in a hyper-growth environment
• Ability to analyze and process high volumes of information; manage priorities
