To effectively manage all the moving parts of our business, we are looking for a hands on Service Delivery Manager to join our ITSM & Governance team with a strong focus on ServiceNow Change and CMDB operations. This person will have oversight for Paysafe's Service Configuration Management practice, working closely with our change control and CMDB operators globally.

What to expect:
• Promote the adoption and adherence to the global Service Configuration Management process and policy, and support continual service improvement efforts.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders in relation to configuration, testing, implementation and overall stakeholder satisfaction.
• Own the overall configuration management design and work with ITSM and other support teams to build, maintain and improve the discovery, CMDB health, service mapping and event management processes.
• Develops CMDB standards, CMDB plans and procedures. Implements the CMDB policy and standards and provides guidance to all team members on how to perform CMDB processes
• Creates technical documentation related to CMDB discovery and service mapping processes
• Works directly with the IT Asset and Configuration Manager to develop strategy and roadmap for CMDB implementation and upkeep
• Works closely with IT Security and Engineering teams to work through any discovery blockers
• Identifies and maintains all assets and features associated with the Configuration Items (CIs).
• Support trainings and communications as part of our Service Configuration/CMDB practice. Activities may include design and delivery specialized training resources to appropriate userbase.
• Responsible for administering the CMDB, working closely with other process leads and ensure that asset specific information can be gathered and disseminated using efficient and consistently followed processes.
• Develop and present Service Configuration Management reports, KPIs and dashboards.
• Executes activities to identify new CI's and new CI relationships using automated tools or well-defined processes, as well as stale CI's and relationships
• Performs reconciliation of CMDB data, ensuring exceptions are noted between CMDB, discovery information, and other authoritative sources
• Leads activities to correct any gaps or inefficiencies in CMDB data, including Configuration Items and their respective attributes
• Establishes audit practices and conducts audits to ensure data integrity and confirm accountable parties comply with processes
• Supports design, development, and implementation of automated processes for gathering, populating, and maintaining CMDB data.
• Assists with the design of the CMDB data models including classes, naming conventions, relationships etc.

To be successful you need to have:
• University degree in IT, business or equivalent field of study.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and practices, ITIL Foundation certification a strong preference.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT service operations, service delivery or service management
• System Administrator certification in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool
• ITOM Administrator certification in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool
• Demonstrated experience in tool based Discovery / Event Management Fundamentals
• A Service Mapping Certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You can build strong and fruitful relationships with staff members, internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, analytical, efficient and a quick thinker.
• Excellent English reading and writing skills
• Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
• Experience in payment processing or digital wallet industry an asset
• Passion towards getting work done in a professional and timely manner
• Ability to prioritize complex tasks
