a US-based data company, founded in 1987 that analyzes financial data for private sector investments and has platforms for analyzing a large amount of data through which customers make decisions about their investments. They are looking for a:



TECHNICAL WRITER



The person in this position will work with internal teams including engineering and client service to obtain and maintain extensive knowledge of all company products and services and will write and maintain accurate, easy to comprehend product documentation.


Required qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in English Literature or Philology, or graduated from American University of Bulgaria or education obtained from English speaking University;
- 2+ years of experience in end-user technical writing and/or financial software documentation;
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English;
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality content with strong attention to detail and ability to quickly grasp financial and technical concepts;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
