Data Management Specialist is responsible for the execution of initiatives related to data quality, data unification and data access within Marketing and Sales automation systems, other internal data storages as well as Google Analytics. This role is focused on the governance and management of data and how it can be leveraged to drive more effective marketing. As part of your responsibility, you will work with staff across our Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Web development and Business Systems team, to establish the processes for data management, enrichment and segmentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive various marketing data management projects for data cleansing, enrichment and unification
Create and support segmentation for different Marketing projects and campaigns
Support and execute a roadmap for data management improvements
Drive data acquisition and enrichment projects to ensure that desired levels of breadth and quality are achieved
Manage users data in Salesforce and Marketo (Marketing Automation System)
Build, document and implement a strategy and convention for UTMs, parameters and tags usage
Work with other functions to develop a broader master data management strategy
Establish ongoing coordination with Analytics, Web, Sales operations and IT teams to ensure visibility into changes to data and architecture
Create the measurement plan for data management, including database readiness metrics and metrics that capture the impact of database readiness on downstream marketing processes
Communicate data management status, progress and success

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
3+ years of experience in multiple Information technology disciplines
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Marketing or Business or other related fields or equivalent work experience
Experience driving data quality initiatives, joining data from disparate systems and finding new ways to provide data consumers easy access to the information they need
Strong experience working with Salesforce
Experience with Marketo (Marketing Automation System) and Google Analytics as a plus
MAP, SFA, Web systems
Ability to work with business owners and data consumers to define data and reporting requirements
Ability to provide a vision and act as an advocate for data management
