Paysafe is looking for a hands-on Permission Service Owner to join our ITSM & Governance team.

In this role, you will be part of our IT Service Management & Governance Team.

This is a hands-on role in a dynamic agile environment, you will be working directly with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, IT Security, Data Governance and Privacy, and other internal customers.

As Permission Service Owner will have shared responsibility for our Inhouse built Admin Tools. Our current mission is to establish a governance framework and mature our Admin’s permission and role concepts, to support our journey into a high-mature automated fast-moving, and customer-focused technology organization.

What to expect
You will develop proficiency in administrative aspects of designing, assigning, and approving Roles and User-Permissions concepts
As the Single Point of Contact you will conduct plausibility checks and approve for new or changed User-Permissions and Roles
Together with the Product Management you are the Co-Owner of Roles and User-Permission requirements, design, and enhancements
You propose, analyze and confirm Use-Cases together with the Business, Product Management, Identity & Access Management Team
Permission and Role concept issues that occur during the lifecycle of the Admin Tool you will drive improvement initiatives and corrective actions
You are an audit control owner and you have to ensure data integrity and establish audit practices to track the Admin Tool’s performance
Together with Stakeholders you will participate in creating and maintaining respective Roles/Permission documentation and training materials
You also have a parallel supportive Configuration Manager role in daily activities for ensuring good quality metadata accuracy (CMDB)

To be successful you need to have
Associate degree in IT, business, or equivalent field of study
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT Product Support or Technical Product Support, Identity & Access Management, Configuration Management
Familiarity with ITIL framework and practices, ITIL Foundation certification a strong preference
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You can build strong and fruitful relationships with staff members, internal stakeholders, and external parties.
Strong problem-solving capabilities, analytical, efficient, and quick thinker.
Excellent English reading and writing skills
Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams
Experience in payment processing or digital wallet industry an asset
Passion towards getting work done in a professional and timely manner
Ability to prioritize complex tasks
Embrace change and thrive in a complex, ever-changing environment
Positive, thoughtful, and ‘make it happen’ personality
