We are looking for: SENIOR DATA SCIENCE DEVELOPER

What will be your role?
Work within the data science team to develop, test and deploy data science products to production.
The data science teams’ primary responsibilities are to create data science products to be used within our existing architecture. These products include our live trading models for sports and automated customer profiling for the sportsbook.

Responsibilities:
Ensure flawless information flow between different computational units
Optimise existing data science architecture and code for better efficiency and scalability
Minimise downtime of mission critical components
Ensure quality of production code is at a high level and has sufficient metrics and logging
Support and improve CICD processes and automation

REQUIREMENTS
Excellent competency in Python in particular: performant design principles (eg. parallelisation), a typical data-science style stack (eg. numpy, pandas) and web application frameworks (eg. flask, fastapi)
Competency in C# or other OOP language
Familiarity with GCP, AWS and cloud-based tools
Familiarity with mathematical optimisation
Familiarity with automation testing frameworks and concepts
Familiarity with UI tools
Understanding of version control concepts
Knowledge of Kafka and Kubernetes
Excellent communication & organization skills with the ability to articulate key business information quickly and effectively.
