The MentorMate Marketing team is looking to hire an experienced in-house Graphic Designer who will work on а team of marketers and talent acquisition specialists to develop marketing campaigns that fit within MentorMate’s brand identity and help fulfill team goals.

As a member of the Marketing team, this person will work alongside our US experience designer and brand owner as a brand ambassador and a brand advocate, driving consistency and ensuring that all established style guidelines are consistently applied across all internal and external marketing materials. This person understands user experience best practices, composition, typography, color and can work within a set visual identity. The person will be responsible for graphic and experience design work spanning from print to digital marketing campaigns, social media, email marketing to website support, landing pages, and mobile apps.

Job description
Assist in achieving team goals by producing on-brand marketing materials for print and digital campaigns
Materials include but not limited to: banner ads, social media ads, email marketing, eBooks, infographics, print brochures, flyers, and other printed brand materials
Should be comfortable working within established brand guidelines while continuing to find new and interesting ways to express the brand within those guidelines
Template creation
Landing page and app design (occasional)
Must be able to present and share best practices
Working collaboratively with the other marketing and design team members
Work on an international team located in Bulgaria and the United States

Required skills
2-3 years’ experience in graphic design
Previous experience working within brand standards
Understanding user experience best practices, composition, typography, color and can work within a set visual identity
Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
Previous experience in Sketch, Figma, and InVision will be a plus
Previous experience with Adobe AfterEffects will be a plus
Previous experience with Canva will be a plus
Excellent English communication skills - written and verbal
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to articulate and defend design decisions with grace, logic, and data
