CISCO Technical Support
Responsibilities:
To be in charge on diverse hardware and software cases
To will manage logins and passwords changes
To be responsible for define application support in the Windows environment
Needed skills:
Relevant experience as an IT support technician
Fluent English
Knowledge of Cisco Meraki, Windows server 2016/2019, Active Directory
Knowledge of network competence like Switches, Firewall, WiFi will be considered as PLUS
