Technical Support (24/7)
About the company: international leading company that provides diverse business support and solutions for wide projects and companies

What you will do:
Provide initial troubleshooting on incidents;
Inspect potential infrastructure security incidents;
Organize alerts and incidents
Carry out incident alleviation plans

What we
need from you:
High school diploma or equivalent;
Previous experience (as IT Technical Support);
Must be flexible in terms of shifts;
Excellent verbal and written communication and problem solving skills;
Positive attitude;
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
English- Fluently
Experience or knowledge of Linux and Security technologies
Experience or knowledge of the Network protocols
