BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE MANAGER
Mainly in this role, you will be responsible for leading the content/knowledge management strategy of the company, as well as for developing, auditing, and maintaining high-quality content for team-members.
Main requirements for the role:
- University degree in the field of Finance, Banking, Insurance or IT related;
- Proven professional background in leading business, content, and information architecture strategy across the organization;
- Analysing training needs of new and existing teams regarding the business processes needs;
- Excellent project management and leadership skills;
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills;
- Very good communication skills - writing, speaking, and presenting;
- Active English user - both written and spoken.
- Lean Six Sigma black belt certificate will be considered as an advantage.
