Product Analysts provide quantitative analysis, data expertise and a strategic perspective to our Product Team. As a data-loving member of the team, you will serve as an analytics expert for your Product Managers and stakeholders, using numbers to help them make better decisions. You will weave stories with meaningful insight from data. You will make key recommendations to the Product Managers in your team. As a Product Analyst, you enjoy dealing with numbers as much as you enjoy communicating your findings to your team. You can see different angles of a product or business opportunity, and you know how to connect the dots and interact with people in various roles and functions. You will work to effectively turn business questions into data analysis and provide meaningful recommendations on product features and roadmap.

Paysafe is currently searching for a Product Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team in Sofia.

What to expect:
Conduct data exploration exercises to identify actionable insights across the customer journey – Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations
Conduct data analysis to make business or product recommendations. Develop dashboard for daily, weekly, monthly reporting needs.
Work closely with Product Managers to generate future oriented analysis and draw recommendations to influence future roadmap. Contribute to decisions to improve products and services.
Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders, creating visual displays of quantitative information.
Develop and automate reports and interactively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs, formulate, and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverable, and presentations.
To be successful you need to have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science or IT-related
Experience of creating, automating and publishing dashboards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to produce and present compelling data visualisations from your findings
Good data storytelling skills and data visualisation using Tableau or a similar tool
A strong understanding of the principles behind relational databases and related technology
Experience of applying statistical techniques to recognise trends and correlations in vast sets of data

Required Technical Skills:
Proficiency and Hands on experience on Tableau Client & Server (at least 4-6 years of experience)
Should be strong in Data Visualization & Data preparation concepts.
Strong SQL knowledge, must be able to write complex SQL queries as part of the data analysis.
Performance tuning experience related to Tableau dashboard.
Should have good knowledge on basic ETL concepts.
Full understanding of the processes of data quality, data cleansing, and data transformation.
Experience in end-to-end implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) reports & dashboards.
Helping Tableau Server admins with solution to rectify any server related issues.
Understand business needs and help define requirements for reporting solutions

Desirable Knowledge and Skills:
Statistical analysis using Python or R
Experience use Digital Analytics tools – Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
Experience in working in Financial Services Industry
Experience of working with data and analytics tools in AWS stack
Sound grasp of statistical concepts, appropriate use and application of them
Experienced in using Data Science/ Advanced Analytics Methodologies (Clustering, Predictive Analytics, AI/Machine Learning)
Experienced in Big Data Solutions e.g. Hadoop, AWS, Microsoft Azure
